| From NoVA I-81/I-66 at Winchester: Take the Rt 37 bypass to US-50 West. Follow 50 for 70 miles. From W. Maryland/PA I-70/I-68: In Cumberland, take US-220 south through Keyser to New Creek and intersection with US-50 (do not turn onto detour, stay straight on 972). Follow 50 west 12 miles. From South VA I-81 at Harrisonburg: take US-33 west to Franklin WV; turn right on US-220 and proceed to Petersburg WV. Go straight through town to light and slight right onto Rt 42. Follow 42 until end at US-50 in Mt Storm; turn right, go 3.2 miles. From West/Central WV Clarksburg I-79: Follow US-50 east 73 miles.
We are on the north side of 50 next to the concrete bridge for Abram's Creek; you will see blue state-issued campground signs. Its exactly 3.2mi east of the intersection of 50 and Rt 42. |
