Welcome to the annual pumpkin patch for Camp Millennium! Please join us at our pumpkin patch where the proceeds go to Camp Millennium, a summer camp for children dealing with cancer. We will be open Fall 2006 from 12 noon - 5 p.m. on the following dates: October 11,12,18,19,25 & 26.
Attractions include: Arrow Streamliner 24 gauge train, Santa’s Village Pumpkin Coach, Lollipop Forest, Pumpkin Bounce, Kiddy Ferris Wheel, Pumpkin Trebuchet (catapult), Happy Hollow Storybook Land, gnome train, food, prizes and Pumpkins! |

| Camp Millennium is a week filled with fun for kids who spend too much time in hospitals and clinics because of cancer. It is a time for them to be themselves and to share in a variety of summer camp activities, such as hiking, archery, swimming, arts and crafts, horseback riding, music and many other surprises. The goal of this week-long adventure is to provide these children with a camping experience that can be extended into their everyday lives.
Who Attends: Camp Millennium is for children from 5-16 years of age who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Children from all over the state of Oregon apply each year through physicians, self-referral, and support groups. The parents then complete and submit the applications to the camp office for approval. Campers are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, although spaces are held for newly diagnosed children.
Cost: Camp Millennium is FREE for all campers. Families are never charged or solicited. Our cost for camp is approximately $800 per camper. |
