| Thirteenth Floor Announces Partnership and Acquisitions |

Denver, CO – March 9, 2018 – Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group (“13FEG”), the premier multi-state operator of theme park-quality haunted houses, escape rooms, and related immersive live-entertainment events, today announced the completion of two marquee property acquisitions in the haunted house industry. The company also disclosed separate strategic investments by the global film and television studio A24 and C3 Presents co-founder Charlie Walker.
Today’s announcement reflects the company’s continued pro-growth strategy by bringing established branded attractions to additional markets, acquiring successful entertainment properties in select cities, and launching entirely new concepts that create a unique, superbly-designed entertainment experience for its customers. Founded in 2010 by partners Chris Stafford, Warren Conard, Daniel McCullough, and Jon Love, 13FEG has grown organically to own and operate a platform of live-entertainment brands with a shared commitment to exceptional customer experience, relentless innovation, and best-in-class production value. With the recent acquisition of both Nashville Nightmare Haunted House and the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride, 13FEG’s platform now spans ten cities in nine states, with fourteen haunted houses, seven escape rooms, and a wide-ranging touring business.

Today’s announced acquisitions follow those made in 2017 by 13FEG, including Scareatorium in Columbus, OH, and the location and other assets of House of Shock in New Orleans, LA.
“We expect to continue developing exceptional new properties in industries that enable us to leverage our live-entertainment development and operational expertise, as we were able to do last year with Great Room Escape, Mind Spark Escape Games, and Zombie Apocalypse Live tour,” continued Chris Stafford.
The minority investment from A24, the studio behind recent horror classics The Witch and It Comes at Night, as well as upcoming horror film Hereditary, will provide 13FEG with the unique opportunity to jointly develop cutting-edge proprietary content and marketing opportunities.
