Corn Maze and Amphibian Scavenger Hunt
Explore a 7-acre corn maze and learn about amphibians and how important they are in our ecosystem and society. Also, check out Hay Bale City, our interactive games, and livestock, which we will have different varieties of throughout the season.
ABQ BioPark will be at the Maze for many of the weekends during the season, and in addition to the amphibian-themed maze, we feature an amphibian "Guess Who" and other all-ages-friendly games to play.
Come out every weekend to find your perfect pumpkin.
Every week, we'll have different animals-- farm and otherwise-- on exhibit at the Maze. Featuring sheep, llamas, amphibians, waterfowl, and horses, we've got the whole barn on show!

Rio Grande Community Farm is a 50 acre, non-profit urban farm located at the Los Poblanos Fields Open Space in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We grow healthy, organic food for the Albuquerque area, offer community gardening opportunities, support local food networks, and maintain wildlife habitat.
Every September and October, the Maize Maze attracts thousands of visitors to Rio Grande Community Farm. The corn grown through the summer becomes 6 feet or taller – and has paths precisely cut by GPS technology to form the Maze. Proceeds from the Maze fund Farm operations, including growing corn for wildlife – and next year’s Maze!
